Aloft Osaka Dojima Hotel

the location was perfect, with easy access to train lines and attractions. the room was impressively spacious and maintained a high level of cleanliness. the staff were attentive and went above and beyond by surprising us with a cake as we celebrated our honeymoon. we also appreciated their help with restaurant bookings and organizing our luggage transfer to the next destination. breakfast offered a delicious variety, adding to our enjoyable experience.

A work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels available in the double room. Top location for Osaka, right by Osaka/Umeda, and Kansai airport.

The hotel was, I suppose, serviceable, but let me tell you, the noise from the street was unbearable. And honestly, I just couldn't believe there was no complimentary welcome gift for staying all these days! Such a disapointing touch for an 'upscale' place. I might have let it slide, but I just couldn't.

Every time we stay in Osaka, like to stay here. Overall, it's incredible base for exploring Osaka attractions. The location of the hotel in Osaka is magnificent, near to Osaka / Umeda and Kansai airport. A special thanks to amiable and approachable staff.

they went out of their way to assist me, especially when I faced health challenges. the spacious corner room with large windows provided a amazing view at night, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the area. the coffee bar in the lobby was a nice touch, and the overall cleanliness met my expectations, making my experience quite satisfying.

I stayed in a Loft Twin Room with City View, and I was thrilled with the spacious layout and stylish decor! The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic mix of western and Japanese dishes that left me wanting more each morning! Opening the window to the vibrant city view was the cherry on top of an excellent experience!

Why I'm torn on this

The loft queen room was spacious and well-appointed, complemented by really good, caring staff who went the extra mile .

Laundry service was frustrating, limited time slots caused inconvenience before an early flight.

The spacious room was comfortable, boasting a cozy seating area and a clean, well-equipped bathroom. I appreciated the effective air conditioning and loved the blackout curtains that ensured a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they took great care in moving my luggage to my room while I explored the area before check-in.

Had an very nice 6-night stay! The Loft Queen Room with City View was super spacious and super clean. Staff were amazing, especially Roberto, who helped with everything and gave great local tips. The breakfast buffet was a feast, definitely worth it! Loved relaxing in the rooftop lounge 😄

The staff genuinely cared for me, especially roberto, who brought me cereal and coffee when i needed help. The location is also great, just a short walk to several train stations.

Great Stay with Excellent Views!

Despite the open layout of the bathroom sink area being unconventional, it didn't impact my enjoyment. Friendly staff, quick check-in, and good dining options downstairs added to the experience. Earplugs help with the city noise!

Had an awesome six-night stay with spacious accommodations and everything neat and tidy. I really enjoyed unwinding at the rooftop lounge and checking out the live music in the lobby. Just a heads-up, though, the laundry service was a bit slow sometimes. 😄

Staff at Aloft Osaka Dojima were pretty good! Unfortunate noise from the street affected our sleep.
